Abstract:	The article is devoted to analysis of the secondary participle predicate functions in modern Ukrainian non-elementary sentence. The function of the secondary predication has been described from the standpoint of the semantic level. The main types as well as the factors of the secondary participle predicate in the sentence have been distinguished.
