Abstract: This paper proposed new unified algorithm for plagiarism detection based on Ethereum blockhain ecosystem with similarity detection SimHash algorithm which works on around multi - billion pages in a reasonable amount of time. Blockchain will act as a transparent technology against unauthorized access through a system of social and smart contracts.
