International public law and EU law: methodical instructions for independent work of external form students under the "International and European Law" educational program

Abstract

The methodological guidelines were developed on the basis of the curriculum of the Educational and Scientific Legal Institute of the State Higher Secondary School of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian national university and appointed to conduct seminars on the course "Public international law and EU law". These methodological instructions contain recommendations for the preparation of each of the topics, literature and legal acts, case studies, a list of control questions and other scientific sources that will contribute to the in-depth study and mastering of the relevant topics.
